The law firm LEGAL ART has a long-standing focus on labor law, providing comprehensive legal services mainly to employers.

We assist our clients with drafting of model labor law documentation, including management contracts, working regulations and internal guidelines, and we also advise clients on setting remuneration of employees and employee benefits (bonus schemes, kpis, etc.).

We have repeatedly represented clients in collective bargaining with the employer’s trade union, we have advised clients in case of collective redundancies and transfer of an organizational unit. LEGAL ART also has experience in internal investigation of unlawful conduct by employees.
