Patrícia Ignácová is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of the University of Trnava, where she was awarded the academic degree of judr. In 2021. She has been with LEGAL ART since 2021, and since 2022 as an associated attorney. She is a member of the Slovak Bar Association, speaks English, Hungarian, and Czech.
In her practice, Patrícia focuses on the field of commercial law, including corporate law, bankruptcy law, including representation of clients in bankruptcy proceedings, representation of clients in pursuing their claims, at meetings of creditors, creditors’ committees, and in bankruptcy-related litigation.
Patrícia also deals with real estate law and real estate, including financing of development and other projects.
