Lucia Budinská is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of the Comenius University and she has been with the law firm LEGAL ART since 2009, currently as a partner. In 2011, she completed a study stay at the London School of Economics and Political Science. She speaks English and Czech.
Lucia focuses primarily on commercial law, including corporate law, labor law, and dispute agenda, while providing clients with valuable support also in out-of-court negotiations. Among other things, Lucia also deals with disputes in the area of protection of personality and compensation for non-pecuniary damage, also in terms of publishing. She is currently a graduate student at the Department of Civil Law of the Faculty of Law of the Comenius University.
During her time in LEGAL ART, she has been involved in several legal audits and major lawsuits.
